Consider me officially shocked

My stay was a whirlwind of highs and cringe-worthy lows. While I was impressed by some thoughtful touches and staff friendliness, I was aghast at the fumigation occurring with guests still in rooms. It was a health hazard, and the lack of staff apology or resolution was truly shocking.

The modern decor impressed me, but the air conditioning barely worked during my stay.
